This privacy policy sets out how Jon Ralphs Consultancy uses and protects any information that you give Jon Ralphs Consultancy.

If your contact with Jon Ralphs Consultancy is in relation to the National Development Team for Inclusion NDTi (e.g. via jon.ralphs@ndti.org.uk or the NDTi website) your name and organisation details will be passed to NDTi as part of the financial arrangement between Jon Ralphs Consultancy and NDTI. Please contact NDTi for details of their privacy policy at office@ndti.org.uk

  • If you believe that any information being held on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact Jon Ralphs Consultancy as soon as possible, either at the address above or by email jonathan@jonralphs.com and Jon Ralphs Consultancy will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Right to be Forgotten

Under GDPR you have the right to be forgotten, please contact Jon Ralphs Consultancy at the address above to request deletion of all personal information stored on you (as well as any backed-up data).


Security

All data is stored within the UK. Jon Ralphs Consultancy is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected have been put in place.

However, Jon Ralphs Consultancy acknowledges that no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although Jon Ralphs Consultancy takes steps to maintain the security of all personal data from the point of collection to the point of destruction it does not promise that your personal data will always remain completely secure.
